Our Sales Representatives have unlimited income potential!

A day in the life of Mobility Specialist:

  • Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and active listening skills.
  • Building new and existing customer relationships.
  • Utilize the CRM to prospect and to maintain repeat and referral business.
  • Stay informed of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers.
  • Report to Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.

What you’ll need:

  • Demonstrates high moral and ethical standards in all aspects.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Sales, 1 year (Required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, comprehension skills to interpret and apply product information.
  • CRM experience (Preferred)
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers in CRM.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motives to achieve performance and sales goals.
  • Ability to learn product specifications and applications needed to support sales efforts.
  • Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Must have good driving record.

Freedom Motors USA is an innovative Michigan based company with an inspiring purpose. We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Sales Specialist who can contribute as much to our company culture as our bottom line. This role will be responsible for selling our world class products and maintaining exceptional relationships with our commercial partners. A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of exceptional B2B sales experience.

  • A base salary of $70,000-$80,000 depending on previous experience
  • Expected first year annual compensation including commission of $120,000-$130,000

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Meet the pre-determined sales quotes each month, quarter and year by selling to inbound leads and generating leads through telemarketing and referrals.
  • Develop and implement successful sales techniques and share with the team to promote the overall success of the company.
  • Develop strong relationships and participate in Business Networking Groups within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the coordination and scheduling of customer deliveries.
  • Maintain and utilize the CRM and submit paperwork and reports as necessary.
  • Become a product expert who can answer sales-related questions and/or refer to appropriate individual as well as resolve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Promote FMI’s reputation as a great place to work and contribute to our positive culture
  • Monitor competition by gathering market data on pricing, current and new products and technology, delivery schedules, etc.

Our preferred qualifications & requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of proven and successful sales experience in a B2B or similar environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in marketing, business or related field or relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a team-oriented environment with a positive and upbeat culture.
  • Demonstrate initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to travel by car and airplane and stand/walk for long periods at a time. Travel is approximately 5-10% and generally only a few days per month.
