Position Title: Auto Body Technician
Department: Production
Supervisor: Production and Lean Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

General Purpose: The purpose of the Auto Body Technician is to change people’s lives by customizing wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Review each repair order, work order notes to understand repairs needed prior to beginning work on the vehicle
  • Repair collision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and company standards
  • Perform initial teardown of vehicle
  • Repair structural welding
  • Identify parts for cut-in and edging
  • Perform all repair procedures according to factory specifications and company policy
  • Follow company procedures in application of under-coating, corrosion protection, seam sealer, weld-through primer and lubricants
  • Must be able to repair collision impacted panels
  • Re-Assemble painted vehicle and painted parts
  • Report any equipment problems or failures to management immediately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work
  • High production capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail

Education and Experience

  • 2-5 Years of collision repair experience
  • Welding experience preferred
  • I-CAR or ASE Certifications preferred


Position Title: Automotive Interiors Installer
Department: Interiors-Hydraulics, Panels, & Seats
Supervisor: Production, Plant and Lean Manager
Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
General Purpose: The purpose of an Automotive Interiors Installer is for him/her to utilize his/her skills and training to accomplish the assigned tasks in a timely manner while meeting the standards set forth in safety, quality, and productivity.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Follows and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Follows all OSHA safety regulations, as well as company quality and productivity standards.
  • Maintains good attendance.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.
  • Assures required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

General Duties subject to but not limited to:

  • Perform Pre-Inspections on Vehicles when required
  • Install Controls Systems, Electronics, and Hydraulics for Auto Systems
  • Install Upper and Lower Interior Panels
  • Install Front, Middle, & Rear Seats when applicable
  • Install center counsels
  • Push Vehicles when finished to next station
  • Assist other departments and areas as needed such as Wiring/Stripping, Bumpers, Seats & Panels, Carpet & Flooring, and Quality Control.
  • Assist with trouble shooting issues as needed

Education, Skills, and Abilities

  • GED/High School Diploma
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time
  • Mechanically inclined, works well with hands, hand tools, and small power tools.
  • Able to read and understand prints and schematics.
  • Able to solder wires
  • Able to lift 40 lbs
  • Able to work comfortably inside a vehicle

Position TItle: Automotive Wiring Technician
Department: Production – Strip/Wiring
Supervisor: Team Lead – Strip/Wiring
Pay Range: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
General Purpose: The purpose of the Automotive Wiring Technician is to change people’s lives by customizing their wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify that all electronic components are working.
  • Safely lift vehicle on hydraulic hoist and work under vehicle to remove and tag fuel tank and charcoal canister. Drain fuel from the tank and maintain gas caddies.
  • Carefully remove the vehicle’s bumper, lower interior trim, seats, and carpeting. Organize vehicle’s removed items on a labeled cart.
  • Cut, extend, and reroute vehicle wiring within the vehicle.
  • As needed, add wiring to vehicles for hydraulic ramp systems and specialty adaptive equipment.
  • Build wiring harnesses for fuel tanks and automatic ramp systems and build control modules for some automatic ramps.
  • Reconnect wiring for fuel and ABS systems after wheelchair conversion is completed and test and inspect functionality of electrical systems.
  • Maintain equipment and inspect for performance and safety concerns.

Education, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to read wiring schematics and diagrams
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools (rachet, wire strippers, snips, soldering iron, impact, air tools)
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • ASE electrical certification preferred
  • Experience with wiring repair and electrical diagnostics preferred

Position Title: Automotive Conversion Fabricator
Department: Production – Rear Entry Build
Supervisor: Team Lead – Rear Entry Build
Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
General Purpose:
The purpose of the Automotive Conversion Fabricator is to change people’s lives by customizing their wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Safely lift vehicle on hydraulic hoist and work underneath
  • Raise vehicle suspension by disassembling OEM suspension and installing a suspension lift
  • Remove AC, brake, evap, hydraulic, and fuel lines
  • Measure and cut out the vehicle’s OEM floor
  • Align and weld in lowered floor assembly. Weld in smaller steel components for speciality seating, hydraulic systems, etc.
  • Reroute and reinstall vehicles AC, brake, evap, hydraulic, and fuel lines
  • Install wheelchair ramp to the rear of the lowered floor assembly
  • Apply caulk, primer, paint, and/or undercoat to exposed metal
  • Maintain equipment and inspect for performance and safety concerns

Education, Skills, and Abilities

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools (tape measure, square, skill saw, saw zaw, cut off wheel, air saw, air hammer, grinders, etc.)
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs and work overhead
  • Ability to weld stainless, aluminized, and mild steel
  • Welding certifications preferred (GMAW, TIG certified, 3G & 4G)
  • ASE suspension certification preferred
  • Megatronics degree preferred

Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Department: Production
Supervisor: Production and Lead Manager
Pay Range: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
General Purpose:
The purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to change people’s lives by supporting the skilled team members that customize their wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Check equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure everything is in working order
  • Repair malfunctioning equipment
  • Perform routine building maintenance as needed
  • Perform light landscaping and groundskeeping work as needed
  • Select and contract specialists on larger maintenance related projects
  • Support Safety Committee with OSHA compliance to ensure equipment and building safety meets standards
  • Advise purchasing team during new equipment purchases
  • Train new and current employees on proper equipment usage
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
  • Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools

Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Department: Sales
Supervisor: Vice President of Sales
Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
General Purpose: The purpose of the Inside Sales Representative is to change people’s lives by assisting our customers in need of a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls
  • Directing calls to respective internal departments
  • Gathering basic information from customers
  • Entering call data into the CRM system
  • Contacting customers via email, text and calls
  • Live transferring of new customers to correct Sales people
  • Documenting records for follow up
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent

The Regional Mobility Sales Specialist expectations are as follows:

  • Identify, qualify, negotiate, and win the business of both retail and dealer consumers within assigned territory.

Position Title: HR Coordinator

General Purpose: This position serves as a resource to the HR Director and supports fellow Team Members. This position is responsible for supporting the HR Director in several functions of Human Resources including recruiting, employee onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS updates, employee engagement, and more.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Director with the recruiting process including screening resumes, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews

  • Complete post-employment onboarding tasks including HRIS updates, new hire benefits enrollment, etc.
  • Assist with benefits administration (employee terminations, changes, life events, etc.)
