Pay Range: $100,000-$180,000/year

General Purpose:

The purpose of the Automotive Sales Representative is to change people’s lives by helping them find a vehicle that best fits their individual mobility needs.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Travel the Midwest to meet with clients and demonstrate products at their home
  • Listen to our customers unique situation to provide a professional consultation while guiding them in their quest to make the best decisions for themselves and their family
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers in our CRM software.
  • Build new and existing customer relationships
  • Utilize our CRM to manage and prospect current or potential customers
  • Stay informed of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers
  • Communicate with assigned Sales Admin. Assistant and Inside Sales Team
  • Overcome basic sales objections and contract customers at their home
  • Maintain strong communication with the customer throughout the sales cycle – from the onset of communication to beyond the vehicle delivery using multiple platforms of communication
  • Meet and exceed sales goals

Education, Skills, and Abilities 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in groups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales experience required
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Valid driving license and acceptable MVR required
