Position Title: Quality Control Tech
Department: Production

Will keep within OSHA safety regulations as well as follow compliance with quality standards, as well as policy and procedures

    ●Perform visual inspections, mechanical and functional verification to examine vehicles to ensure safety, all standards of presentation, and quality are met

    ●Collect and record accurate data regarding defects

    ●Improve on existing QC processes keeping a focus on efficiency

    ●Communicate results of inspections to managers, supervisors and production source

    ●as an impartial third party between production and sales to ensure all products meet set criteria

    Education, Knowledge & Experience

    • ● At least 1 year quality inspection
      ●Good customer focus
      ●Sharp attention to detail
      ●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      ●Meticulous and diligent attributes
      ●Ability to read schematics and prints
      ●Able to lift 40 pounds repeatedly, able to work comfortably within the confines of the interior of a vehicle, able to work independently

General Purpose:

Will assist other departments as needed. This is a good fit for someone that has a passion for modifying cars, enjoys working with low-voltage wiring, likes to solder, and detail oriented. Will keep within OSHA safety regulations as well as follow compliance with quality standards, as well as policy and procedures.

    ●Remove bumpers, lower interior trim, seats and carpeting, keeping all items organized for reinstallation

    ●Cut, extend and reroute vehicle wiring within the vehicle. Re-wire for hydraulic ramp system and specialty adaptive equipment

    ●Build wiring harnesses for fuel tanks and automatic ramp systems and build control modules for some automatic ramps.

    ●Reconnect wiring for fuel and ABS systems after wheelchair conversions is completed and will test and inspect functionality of electrical systems.

    ●Some work involves overhead work.

    Education, Knowledge & Experience

    • ●Ability to read wiring schematics and diagram, experience with wiring repair and electrical diagnostics.

      ●Attention to detail, able to trouble shoot issues as needed, preform pre-Inspection of parts, ability to use hand and power tools, attention to quality with minimal errors.

      ●Must be organized and keep an orderly work area.

      ●This position is required to have up to 25% OT occasionally.

      Preferred Skills:

      ●ASE Electrical Certification

This position is responsible for supporting operations by managing the company’s most valuable asset – its people.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

    ● Manages the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process
    ● Lead member of the Culture Committee, instrumental piece of
    establishing positive culture
    ● Serves as the daily contact for employee inquiries and employee
    relations
    ● Develops, recommends, and implements human resources policies
    and procedures
    ● Assists with annual open enrollment including carrier changes and
    mid-year benefit election changes

    ● Oversees maintenance of employee handbook, policies and
    procedures
    ● Oversees HRIS usage & function, and other day to day activities
    ● Oversees employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life,
    disability, EAP, and 401k plan
    ● Maintains expert knowledge of industry trends and employment
    legislation to ensure organizational compliance;
    ● Supports Production Manager with safety compliance
    ● Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to
    day-to-day management ensuring regulatory compliance
    ● Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing
    information; recommending courses of action, including new policies
    and/or procedures.
    ● Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to
    managers including coaching, counseling, career development and
    disciplinary actions
    ● Works closely with management and employees on morale and
    employee engagement initiatives
    ● Manages the performance review process, internal promotions,
    internal transfers and corrective action
    ● Supports Payroll Processor with timesheet preparation and Paid Time
    Off (PTO) approvals
    ● Oversees personnel record keeping

    ● Manages employee engagement programs including but not limited
    to: Employee Referral Program, Uniform Program, Quarterly
    Shopping Site, employee milestone anniversary celebrations, etc.
    ● Conducts HR employee surveys and reporting
    ● Develops and facilitates employee training as needed
    ● Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives and
    systems
    ● Other duties as assigned

    Education, Knowledge & Experience

    • ● 5-10 years of Human Resources experience
      ● Experience in HRIS
      ● Experience in data analysis and reporting
      ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
      ● SHRM/PHR Certification preferred

General Purpose:

The purpose of the Automotive Sales Representative is to change people’s lives by helping them find a vehicle that best fits their individual mobility needs.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Travel the Midwest to meet with clients and demonstrate products at their home
  • Listen to our customers unique situation to provide a professional consultation while guiding them in their quest to make the best decisions for themselves and their family
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers in our CRM software.
  • Build new and existing customer relationships
  • Utilize our CRM to manage and prospect current or potential customers
  • Stay informed of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers
  • Communicate with assigned Sales Admin. Assistant and Inside Sales Team
  • Overcome basic sales objections and contract customers at their home
  • Maintain strong communication with the customer throughout the sales cycle – from the onset of communication to beyond the vehicle delivery using multiple platforms of communication
  • Meet and exceed sales goals

Education, Skills, and Abilities 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education preferred
